An architectural
vocabulary for an
ancient city.
Omfinity is a newly formed real estate atelier based in Mathura. We are setting out to design residences, townships and commercial landmarks rooted in the craft, climate and cadence of the Braj.
A Note from the Founder
“Mathura does not need taller buildings. It needs buildings that remember — stone that ages, courtyards that breathe, streets that hold the light a little longer in the evening. That is the brief we are starting with.”
Omfinity is being formed in 2026 around a small bench of architects, master masons and conservation engineers, with the patience to build that architecture — quiet, durable, particular to this place.
The Practice
Four disciplines, kept under one roof.
We are organising the studio around four areas of work. Commissions and launches will be announced here as the practice opens its doors.
Residences
Private villas, low-rise apartments and weekend houses across the Mathura–Vrindavan corridor.
Townships
Master-planned riverfront and farmland communities, with civic, retail and hospitality infrastructure.
Commercial
Boutique arcades, hospitality landmarks and Grade-A workspaces designed for the pilgrim economy.
Land & Plots
Curated, fully-titled plot offerings on Govardhan Road, NH-19 and the Yamuna Expressway frontage.

A material brief
Limestone, walnut, brass.
Our interiors will be built from a small, deliberate palette of materials drawn from the region — Dholpur sandstone, Mathura limestone, hand-aged brass, Indian walnut. Specified to age gracefully through forty Indian summers, not to photograph well on opening day.
